What is Alphausa.org?
​Alpha began in a church in London, Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB), in 1977.  It started as a course for church members about the basics of the Christian faith.  It soon was extended to anyone interested to learn about what exactly were the claims of Christ in a no-pressure, friendly setting.  Alpha grew rapidly in Britain in the 1990s and soon was offered in the U.S. Today,  the film series has run in over 100 countries in over 100 languages, with more than 24 million people having taken the course.  Alphausa.org is the organization in the U.S. that has contextualized Alpha for an American audience.
